Ownership: - As a homeowner in one of our projects, you will own your own house or apartment and also a share of the outdoor area.

Payment Plan: - Payments are 50% within 14 days after the contract is signed with the remainder being paid when you receive your deed.

All purchases require a £1,000 deposit to secure your plot/house.

Solicitor: - We have access to various English speaking solicitors, who are independent of us and who will happily guide you smoothly through the legalities of owning a property in Turkey.

Insurance: - For further peace of mind, the builder will pay full insurance on the projects during the construction period until delivery.
